I have an HDWR FTR02 employee time clock recorder for entry and exit hours. For some time now, I haven’t been able to retrieve all information by connecting a USB drive—in fact, no information at all. I’ve changed the USB drive and I’m still getting a “Download failed” message.

Has the USB drive been formatted to FAT32? What capacity is your USB drive?

Both USB drives have been formatted to Fat32, one USB drive with a capacity of 32GB, and the other with a capacity of 16GB.

our recorders work best with 8GB USB drives formatted to FAT32, please try this configuration.
