We purchased two HD10D devices; with “out of the box” settings, regular barcodes are read correctly. In the case of QR codes, the first scan of the code is correct, but each subsequent scan shows only a fragment of the text hidden under the code. Question: what are we doing wrong?

In other applications, it works correctly.
