Good day, I’m having an issue with programming the prefix and suffix in the HD67 reader. When I scan the code from the attached instructions that is responsible for encoding the | character, it adds the letter d, and with the # character nothing is added. I also downloaded the instructions for this reader from your website, with the same result. I need #| in the prefix and |# in the suffix.
