both models do not differ much in terms of functionality. The PS6C offered greater flexibility for configuring suffixes and prefixes. The biggest difference between the models is the barcode scanning engine itself – in the PS8B it scans both 1D and 2D codes, while in the PS6C it scans only 1D codes.
Neither of them has the ability to create catalogs.
